There are truths we can only learn in solitude…
But have I been studying for too long?

And what happens if I leave this nest
Of sacred space and precious rest?
Will I be vulnerable
Will I be exposed
Will I be quiet
Will I explode?

Will I return and hide
Or will I explore
Will I lose myself in the Aftermore?

And what will I find
If I leave behind
This sacred space
And precious time
Of sweet separateness  that has become my life?
